SoftCTRL began with hands-on community work. Our founder started as a host for community streams and Discord events, building connections between creators and their audiences. Over time, this evolved into helping emerging e-pal talent refine their image, attract more clients, and manage their online presence.

Since 2017, this experience has shaped a people-first approach to creator growth. In 2025, SoftCTRL was formed to turn that foundation into something bigger — working alongside hidden talent, supporting their long-term development, and creating meaningful projects and events that strengthen both creators and their communities.
